Common topics

These are the fastest paths for the questions most users have before contacting support.

Subscriptions and refunds

Fit2AI Pro is billed by Apple. Manage or cancel it from Apple ID subscription settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Restore purchases

Open Fit2AI Settings, sign in with Apple, then tap Restore Purchases. The app syncs your App Store subscription entitlement to Fit2AI.

COROS connection

Sign in with Apple first, then connect one COROS account from Fit2AI Settings. Fit2AI uses the connection only to load workouts you request in the app.

AI usage limits

Free users receive 5 total AI interactions. Fit2AI Pro users receive up to 50 AI interactions per UTC day.

Workout analysis

Fit2AI reviews connected workout summaries, parsed FIT metrics, heart rate, power, cadence, distance, time, laps, and available samples for the selected workout.

Health notice

Fit2AI is not a medical service. AI responses are informational and should not replace medical, health, or professional coaching advice.

Account and data help

Fit2AI uses Sign in with Apple for the Fit2AI account, and Apple manages App Store subscriptions separately.

  1. Sign out: Open Fit2AI Settings and use Sign Out. This keeps the backend account but clears local workout, FIT parsing, chat, and AI usage caches from the device.
  2. Delete account: Open Fit2AI Settings and use Delete Account. Deletion attempts to revoke the stored Sign in with Apple credential, removes Fit2AI backend account data, and clears local app caches.
  3. Manage subscription separately: Deleting a Fit2AI account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Use Apple ID subscription settings to manage or cancel Fit2AI Pro.
